Send your deletion request
Email us from the address linked to your Dupay account to info@mydupay.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” If you'd like a copy of your data first, just say so in the same email.
We confirm it's really you
Because this involves your money and personal data, we may ask you to verify a few details — such as your registered email or name — before we process anything. This protects you from someone else closing your account.
Your account and data are erased
Once verified, we permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days, and email you a confirmation when it's done.
What gets deleted
When your request is processed, the following are permanently removed from Dupay's systems:

*A limited subset of transaction records may be retained where financial, tax, or anti-fraud law requires it — kept only as long as required, then deleted. See the privacy policy for details.
This action is irreversible
Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you want a copy of your data, request it in your deletion email and we'll send it before we proceed.
Before you delete
A quick checklist so nothing catches you off guard:
• Withdraw or move any remaining balance. Make sure your wallet is empty and any pending transfers have settled — we can't return funds after an account is closed.
• Save anything you need. Download statements or request a data copy if you want a record of your history.
• Cancel linked subscriptions. If you've set Dupay as a payment method elsewhere, update it first.
Timeline
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity, and usually much sooner. You'll get a confirmation email once it's complete. If anything causes a delay, we'll let you know what's happening.
